that video was shot by some people who had a phantom shoot that lasted only a couple of hours and the crew had the camera for the rest of the day so they were just playing around with it... I can't remember his name but when I was at Abel in NY I remember him having brought the camera back telling me about the footage and he came back a couple of days later and showed me that clip... At the time it only had like 100 views:)

How funny! Glad they used their free time to make it. What makes it great is how simple it is, and the sense of impending doom! 

I went out with a small crew to shoot B roll a while back, and with the spare time we made a short by running around the city with our red. Its goofy but we made use of idle time.

If your talking about the video you posted, it was shot with a phantom...  Lets face it there are only a couple of cameras in the world that can shoot that speed... :)
