Research prospective rentals & sales accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
Identify and meet potential customers and clients while building a database/pipeline of target accounts.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
Collaborate with rentals and sales teams to ensure proper communication and planning.
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within all targeted areas of the industry.
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our market and our competition in the industry.
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on our competitors.
Attend after hour’s events, festivals and trade shows to network and represent the company.
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
Degree or equivalent work experience
3 to 6 years of industry related experience
Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
Superior presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor's Degree or Higher
