office/studio space available

Office/Studio Share Available

Two of us share an office space and are looking for a third person. We both work in video/film production. You will have space for a desk as well as access to a suite of common spaces, including a small photo studio
and a lounge area with pool table and bathroom.

This is ideal for a media related person (producer, writer, editor, photographer, etc) but is really open to anyone who needs office space. It is especially valuable to someone that can make use of the studio share, of
which we each get 4 free shooting days per month.yes"">  Only requirements are that you are responsible and
respectful. $500/month + utilities. 
Minimum 6 month commitment.
