Im looking for some office space.  I don't want to pay a lot for that muffler.  What i would really like to do is find a space to buy, though its difficult to figure out how realistic this is with basic search.  I recently found a retail space for sale in williamsburg for 170k. That seems relatively affordable, once i manage the downpayment.  Has anyone purchased their office space, around new york? thoughts?
